This notice applies to the APJ Softwares corporate website. It does not replace the privacy notices for individual applications or third-party services.

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional mobile number, inquiry type, subject, and message. When you share a career profile, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, area of interest, experience, résumé, and message. We also record the submission time and the version of the consent notice.

How information is used

Inquiry details are used to understand and respond to your request. Career profiles are used to consider potential future opportunities. Submitting a career profile does not guarantee employment or a response. Information provided through these forms is not automatically added to a marketing list.

Essential cookies and technical records

The contact and career forms use an essential session cookie to protect submissions and show validation results. The website uses a hashed form of the connecting IP address to limit repeated submissions. Hosting services may maintain access and security logs. This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics in its current implementation.

Storage and access

Form submissions are stored in the website’s configured database. Résumés are stored in private server storage outside the public website directory. Access should be limited to authorized people handling inquiries, recruitment, and website operations. Hosting providers may process technical data as part of providing the service.

Retention and requests

Information should be retained only while it is needed for the purpose it was submitted, or to meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for future career consideration. We may need enough information to verify that a request concerns your own data.

Use the contact form with the subject “Privacy request”. Please do not include passwords or identity documents in an initial request.

Third-party links

Product download links lead to Google Play. Your use of a store or application is governed by the privacy information and terms provided there. Check each app’s current listing and linked privacy notice before installing.

Security and your choices

We use safeguards such as validation, encrypted transport when deployed with HTTPS, restricted storage, and protection against automated form abuse. No service can guarantee absolute security. Share only information relevant to your request, and avoid sending payment details, credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
